Terms, Conditions & Freight information.

·	1. Pricing and GST All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
·	2. Belly Casts - Conditions of Order Orders for our unique premade Belly Casts will take two (2) weeks to complete. Our Belly Cast prices start from a low $90 and a 40% deposit is required at the time of order. Changes to Belly Cast orders. Changes to your Belly Cast order may be made within seven (7) days of order placement and must be confirmed by email or in person. Cancellation of Belly Cast orders. Cancellation within three (3) days - FULL refund of deposit Cancellation between 4 and 7 days - 20% of deposit will be refunded Cancellation after seven (7) days Non personalised belly casts - 20% of deposit will be refunded Personalised belly casts - NO refund of deposit Collection / Delivery of Belly Cast orders Collection of Belly Cast orders Belly Cast orders must be collected within fourteen (14) days of agreed date or full deposit will be forfeited, unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.
·	3. Final payment The balance of payment is required on collection / delivery of your order.
·	4. Damaged items We request that in the unlikely event that items are damaged that it be reported by phone or email within 24 hours. We regret that late claims will not be accepted.
·	5. Refund policy Excluding only the refund policies stated in clause 2. Belly Casts - Conditions of Order above our refund policy applies only to items found faulty, in which case we will replace the item or issue a refund after the item is returned. Our products may not be exchanged or refunded in any other circumstance.
