Terms, Conditions & Freight information.

·	1. Pricing and GST All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
·	2. Baby shower signature frame - Conditions of Order Orders for our unique baby shower signature frames will take two (2) weeks to complete. All frames require a 40% deposit at the time of order. Any changes to the frame or matt that you have chosen must be done within 5 days of order. Changes must be done via email or in person. Cancellation of Signature frame orders. Cancellation within three (3) days - FULL refund of deposit Cancellation between 4 and 7 days - 20% of deposit will be refunded Collection / Delivery of orders Orders must be collected within 30 days of agreed date or full deposit will be forfeited, unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.
·	3. Final payment The balance of payment is required on collection / delivery of your order.
·	4. Damaged items We request that in the unlikely event that items are damaged that it be reported by phone or email within 24 hours. We regret that late claims will not be accepted.
·	5. Refund policy Excluding only the refund policies stated in clause 2. - Conditions of Order above our refund policy applies only to items found faulty, in which case we will replace the item or issue a refund after the item is returned. Our products may not be exchanged or refunded in any other circumstance.
